Semper Security Supports West Orchards with Extended Hours Cover
Semper Security UK Ltd is proud to be working in partnership with West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry, providing additional security personnel to support the centre during its slightly extended opening hours as a result of increased footfall due to Star Pins’ later trading times.
Although Star Pins has been open since December, the attraction continues to draw evening Visitors, leading the centre to adjust its hours slightly. In response, Semper Security was asked to provide extra support to ensure a safe, reassuring presence throughout the premises during the later hours.
Semper Security is led by a management team with strong roots in Coventry’s retail and city centre security. Directors Michael and Angelina, alongside Operations Manager Sam Leighton, each bring valuable front-line experience from their time on Coventry’s original city centre Street Patrols and Coventry Council CCTV Centre , giving them in-depth knowledge of the local landscape, retail environment, and community safety needs.

Sam Leighton also brings specialist expertise in CCTV operations, having worked at the Coventry City Council Security Control Centre, where he was responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds and coordinating responses to criminal activity across the city.
