The Foundation
Semper Security begins in Coventry.
Semper Security UK Ltd was established in January 2022, built from long standing experience in door supervision, venues, events and festivals. Our early team included experienced local security personnel from Coventry, with relationships and venues that remain part of our operations today.

For procurement teams, facilities managers and event organisers, assurance matters as much as deployment. Our controls cover personnel screening, licensing, training, supervision and operational reporting.
SIA Licence Verification
Licensable personnel are checked against the public SIA register, with licence status monitored as part of workforce compliance.
BS 7858 Screening Controls
Screening and vetting controls are used before personnel are made active for deployment, with incomplete vetting held from assignment.
First Aid Requirement
First Aid is a mandatory workforce requirement, supporting safer deployments across guarding, venues and event operations.
SafeContractor / SSIP
SafeContractor accreditation provides independent assurance around health and safety management and contractor standards.
Digital Workforce Controls
Scheduling, licence expiry monitoring, patrol activity and lone-worker controls are supported through our operational workforce platform. Client access can also be provided to relevant NFC patrol-tag activity and check-in / check-out reporting.
